Hate of Comic Sans Part 2
A link my friend sent me after my rant of Comic Sans. This chart should be taught in school.
Our Namesake

I realized this hasn't been posted on here! Introducing the namesake for our Hella Whimsical blog: http://www.sheldoncomics.com/archive/070512.html <3
Behind the Typeface

I just came across this short film again and had to share it. It's called "Behind the Typeface: Cooper Black" (a parody of VH1's "Behind the Music") and is really well-done!

Battered Type Syndrome
So creepy! I'm not sure why anyone would ever want type that appeared to be made from "from bashed and bruised skin." I had to share the grossness.

Comic Sans, sigh
GUYS. GUYS. RED ALERT.
My friend just started working at a dance studio so I drafted up a flyer for her Friday night salsa class. She loved it. So did the studio.
Then, they wanted to change the logo font.
...to Comic Sans.
Apparently that's how their logo looks and they want to stay consistent. Consistently fail.
I would continue to rant... but you all can feel my pain, I imagine.
Sigh.
